Description

nThe Head – Assets will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire asset franchise of the NBFC, including origination, credit, underwriting, portfolio management, and collections. The role will focus on creating a high-quality, profitable, and diversified loan book while maintaining robust asset quality and disciplined risk management.

nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring both execution and strategic business building.

Drive loan origination across SME, MSME, Corporate, Retail, and Loan Against Securities (LAS) segments
n
Build sourcing channels through OEMs, dealers, DSAs, channel partners, and direct client relationships
n
Lead the complete credit lifecycle: customer acquisition, appraisal, underwriting, documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring
n
Own portfolio performance, including disbursements, yield, collections, PAR, NPAs,



and recoveries

Work closely with Operations, Legal, and Collections teams to ensure productive execution and customer servicing

Develop the end-to-end asset growth strategy aligned with the NBFC's business expansion plans
n
Design scalable lending products and identify high-potential customer segments and industry verticals
n
Establish robust credit policies, underwriting standards, pricing frameworks, and risk scorecards
n
Build a repeatable and data-driven origination engine with robust governance and portfolio analytics
n
Support the NBFC's evolution from a single-product lending platform to a diversified multi-product asset business
