nWe are seeking candidates who are currently working in academia but have spent a significant part of their careers in industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of applying real-world business knowledge to curriculum development, industry collaborations, experiential learning, and student employability.

nKey Responsibilities

Provide academic and strategic leadership for the respective domain.
n
Develop curricula aligned with current industry practices, emerging technologies, and future workforce requirements.
n
Build robust corporate partnerships for internships, live projects, placements, certifications, research, and industry-led learning.
n
Integrate industry case studies, contemporary tools, and real-world business challenges into academic delivery.
n
Mentor faculty members and promote industry exposure, applied research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
n




Introduce new specialisations and academic initiatives based on evolving market trends.
n
Strengthen student employability, entrepreneurship, innovation, and industry readiness.
n

nQualifications and Experience

n

n
Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Finance, FinTech, Retail, or a related discipline; a Ph.D. is preferred.
n
Preferably 15–20 years of combined academic and industry experience, including substantial relevant industry exposure.
n
Currently working in academia, academic leadership, or institution-building.
n
Strong expertise in Retail Management, FinTech, Commerce, or a related business discipline.
n
Proven experience in curriculum development, faculty mentoring, programme management, or academic transformation.
n
Ability to convert emerging industry practices and technologies into meaningful student learning.
n
Robust corporate network and experience in industry–academia collaboration will be highly preferred.
