We are looking for a creative Digital Content & Social Media Specialist who can manage social media platforms and create engaging content that increases brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Create engaging Reels, posts, stories, videos and social media creatives.
Research trending content, topics, hashtags and formats.
Develop creative content ideas and monthly content calendars.
Write captions, hooks, scripts and short-form content.
Handle day-to-day social media posting and scheduling.
Monitor engagement, reach, views and other social media metrics.
Track competitors and identify recent content opportunities.
Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members when required.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in social media and content creation.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form content.
Valuable communication, writing and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing.
Understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Portfolio Required Candidates must be able to share previous social media work, Reels, posts, videos or a portfolio during the selection process.
