As an Event Curator, you'll shape thoughtful, memorable events from the first idea through the final follow-up. Working full time from the office, you'll bring creativity, organization, and care to every detail of the event experience.

What you'll do
Develop event concepts that align with goals, audiences, themes, and available resources.
Plan timelines, budgets, schedules, guest experiences, and day-of logistics.
Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, performers, and internal teams to keep plans on track.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, responding calmly to changes as they arise.
Gather feedback and evaluate outcomes to improve future events.

What we're looking for
Experience planning, coordinating, or curating events, programs, or experiences.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines.




Explicit, thoughtful communication with a wide range of partners and team members.
A creative eye for themes, flow, atmosphere, and the small details guests remember.
Comfort working in an office and being present during event preparation and execution.
