Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours: 9 hours/day with 1 weekday off per week
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences
Coordinate and support events and operations
Assist with VIP and high-profile guest services
Escort and coordinate guests during events
Handle customer interactions and operational requirements
Support game operations and event activities
Promote services and assist with sales
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability and composure under pressure
Team-oriented approach
