Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of working experience in project planning / implementation/ monitoring/ evaluation related to agriculture/ NRM/ biodiversity and Climate Change projects.
Proven experience in participatory planning processes and dialogue facilitation between government, development partners, private sector and civil society and community.
Ability to lead large development projects at district level.
Valuable analytical and report writing skills.
High levels of computer literacy; competent use of Microsoft office packages.
Proficient in English and Hindi.
