Lead &
Enquiry Management
Respond to event enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, the website, social media and partner channels within the defined turnaround time.
Qualify each lead on event type, date, guest count, budget and requirements, and update its status in the CRM (Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost or Not Connected).
Follow up consistently on leads that are not yet contacted or not connected, until they are converted or closed with a recorded reason.

Client Consultation &
Site Visits
Schedule and conduct property tours, presenting halls, capacity, layouts, décor options, catering and packages.
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable space and package.

Proposals, Negotiation &
Closure
Prepare and send quotations and proposals promptly, within pricing guidelines and approval limits.
Negotiate terms, collect the advance payment and close bookings in line with the booking and cancellation policy.

Handover &
Coordination




Hand over confirmed bookings to Operations with a complete booking sheet or event brief covering dates, menus, timings, payment terms and special requests.
Coordinate with Operations, Accounts and Marketing for smooth execution, payment follow-up and lead-source feedback.

CRM, Reporting &
Market Awareness
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and submit regular reports on enquiries, site visits, proposals and closures.
Track competitor pricing, local event trends and seasonal demand, and share inputs with the Sales Manager.
Build repeat and referral business through relationships with past clients, event planners and corporate accounts.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in hospitality or business is preferred.
2–4 years of sales experience in banquets, hotels, event venues or wedding and event planning.
Proven record of meeting sales targets and closing bookings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
