Hiring: eFuse/SRAM Design Methodology Consultant

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

We are looking for a skilled qualified with experience in eFuse/SRAM design methodology, SPICE simulations, automation, and characterization.

Key Responsibilities
Perform and support large-scale SPICE simulations for eFuse/SRAM development.
Develop, maintain, and enhance simulation methodologies, automation flows, and characterization infrastructure.
Drive design productivity improvements through scripting, flow optimization, and tool automation.
Collaborate with design engineers to improve verification coverage and reduce development cycle time.
Contribute to methodology standardization and best practices across memory IP projects.

Required Skills:
Robust understanding of SPICE simulation settings and custom circuit validation.
Experience with eFuse, SRAM, or other memory/compiler-based IPs.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell for flow automation.
Familiarity with characterization, data analysis, and regression methodologies.
