Qualification & Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Endoscopy Technology or relevant paramedical qualification.
Minimum 1 year experience
Prepare the endoscopy room, instruments and equipment before each procedure
Assist all endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (e.g. upper GI, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS) under the supervision of the Gastroenterologist.
Operate and troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and video systems
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopic equipment per infection control standards
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Maintain accurate records of equipment use, maintenance logs, and cleaning protocols
Follow all safety and infection prevention policies
Provide support in patient positioning and monitoring.
