Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to check mechanical and safety conditions.
Cargo Handling: Supervise or assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo.
Route Planning: Use GPS systems and maps to plan the fastest and safest routes.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel receipts, and delivery paperwork.
Communication: Coordinate with dispatchers and report any delays, accidents, or mechanical defects.
