Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and control circuit drawings.
Design and engineer electrical control panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, and power distribution panels.
Prepare panel layout drawings, GA drawings, terminal plans, cable schedules, and interconnection diagrams.
Perform load calculations, cable sizing, short-circuit calculations, and voltage drop analysis.
Select electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and protection devices.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation.
Develop electrical drawings using tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, Zuken E3, SEE Electrical, or similar CAD software.
Review and validate electrical designs to ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, UL, and customer standards.
Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of electrical systems.

Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing, procurement, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage engineering changes through ECR, ECO, and ECN processes.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during production and installation phases.
