Role Overview

We are looking for a Development Executive with good knowledge of Glass Manufacturing and Product Development to handle recent product development from concept to sample approval.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current glass and home décor products as per buyer requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, QC, Sourcing & Merchandising teams.
Understand product specifications, dimensions, finishing, colours, and materials.
Coordinate prototype/sample development and modifications.
Follow up on sampling, trials, costing, and approvals.
Identify suitable manufacturing processes and materials.
Ensure developed products meet quality,



design, and buyer requirements.
Maintain product development records and timelines.
Support production during new product trials and resolve development issues.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Product Development – Glass experience preferred/required.
Positive knowledge of glass manufacturing, finishing, moulding, colouring, and decoration.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and MS Excel skills.
Export/home décor experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,600.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
