Position: Ecommerce Executive

Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, images, descriptions, and pricing.
Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and resolve marketplace errors promptly.

Order & Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels across multiple marketplaces and coordinate restocking to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Reconcile inventory data between the warehouse and marketplace dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and courier partners regarding delivery delays, returns, and RTOs.




Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for timely order fulfillment.
Track shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.

Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and analyze basic sales, inventory, and marketplace performance reports.
Track key metrics such as sales, returns, ratings, and account health.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Customer & Account Health
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and queries and escalate issues when required.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain positive account health.
Handle basic customer service and return-related queries on marketplace platforms.
