is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition and business growth in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.

About the Role As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating recent business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting prospects into active clients. The ideal candidate should be confident with B2 B sales, cold calling, lead generation, Linked In prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management . Experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.



Generate leads through cold calling, Linked In, email outreach, online research, and other channels. Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Managers, and Business Leaders. Understand client hiring requirements and present relevant recruitment/staffing solutions. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Manage regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to understand and deliver client requirements. Negotiate commercial terms and support business closures. Track leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue. Achieve assigned business development, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
