Job Overview

We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to handle telecalling, generate sales leads, and convert enquiries through phone and digital channels. The candidate should have solid communication, follow-up, and sales-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
Explain products or services and respond to customer questions.
Generate leads through calling and digital communication channels.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable offerings.




Follow up with interested prospects and work toward sales conversion.
Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead closure.
Meet daily calling and monthly sales targets.
Share customer feedback and common queries with the team.
