Job Overview

We are looking for an organized E-Commerce Operations Executive to support online store operations, order processing, product listings, and customer coordination. The candidate should be comfortable using online platforms and managing operational details accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Manage routine operations for online sales channels.
Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Monitor incoming orders and coordinate timely processing.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners for dispatch.
Track order status, returns, and exchanges.




Respond to customer queries and route issues for resolution.
Maintain accurate product, order, and inventory records.
Support promotional updates and online catalogue maintenance.
Prepare daily and periodic operations reports.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and customer-service teams.
