Key responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs, fabrics, colours, and finishes.
Take design briefs and communicate measurements, specifications, and timelines clearly to the tailoring team.
Manage daily work allocation and follow up with tailors on fittings, alterations, and delivery deadlines.
Coordinate fabric dyeing and check that colours and finishes meet the approved design.
Monitor the quality of finished garments and resolve production or fitting issues.
Keep customers updated on progress and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Experience in fashion design, garment production, or boutique operations.
Positive understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fittings, and dyeing processes.
Ability to manage tailors and handle customer interactions confidently.
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
