Overall leadership and management of the Engineering College.
Drive academic excellence, quality, and institutional growth.
Lead faculty, Deans, HoDs, and administrative teams.
Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and statutory compliance.
Improve student admissions, placements, and overall outcomes.
Promote research, innovation, patents, and industry collaboration.
Oversee infrastructure, laboratories, budgets, and resources.
Develop strategic partnerships with industry and academic institutions.
Lead institutional planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Represent the college with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
Ph.D.



in Engineering / Technology from a recognized institution.
25+ years of overall skilled experience

, preferably with substantial experience in academic leadership and institutional administration.
Proven experience in a senior leadership position such as

Director, Principal, Dean, HoD, or equivalent in an Engineering/Technical institution.

Location Preference
Candidates from Madhya Pradesh are preferred.
Candidates currently based outside Madhya Pradesh who are willing to relocate to Madhya Pradesh may also be considered.
