Role & responsibilities
To Manage day to day Operations and Maintenance of the Campus including Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Fire Safety and other infrastructural needs.
To ensure proper security and safety arrangements and coordinate with security agencies.
To plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
To coordinate emergency situation like electrical failures, water issues, fire incidents and other property related matters.
To support Repair, Construction, Renovation and improvement in infrastructural needs of the campus.
Preferred candidate profile UG/PG Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in any relevant discipline.
With minimum 5 years of experience as Estate Officer/In charge/Manager in related fields.
