We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing / Switchgear / LT & HT Panels.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for LT/HT electrical panels and switchgear.
Review customer enquiries, technical specifications, BOQ and tender documents.
Prepare BOM and material costing based on project requirements.
Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Production and Sales teams for accurate estimation.
Analyse material, labour and manufacturing costs to prepare competitive quotations.
Evaluate vendor quotations and obtain updated material prices.
Ensure accurate costing, margins and timely submission of quotations.




Support the sales team with technical and commercial inputs during tendering.
Maintain estimation records and costing data for future reference.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience in Electrical Estimation/Costing, preferably in a panel manufacturing company.
Valuable knowledge of LT/HT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, DG Synchronizing Panels, VFD Panels, etc.
Knowledge of electrical components, switchgear and panel manufacturing processes.
Ability to understand electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs and technical specifications.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and costing/estimation techniques.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
