Field Auditor Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct 4–5 field audits per day at assigned GoMechanic partner workshops.
Perform mystery audits using the standard 19-point audit checklist.
Check workshop branding, infrastructure, customer experience, and Job Card (JC) process compliance.
Capture GPS-tagged photos and videos as audit evidence.
Verify parked vehicles and identify potential Business/Job Card Leakage.
Record and submit audit findings accurately through Microsoft Forms after each workshop visit.
Provide feedback to workshop representatives regarding branding-kit and process gaps.
Identify and report non-compliance and leakage cases as per the defined escalation matrix.
Coordinate with the Central Audit, Garage Engagement, and Recon Teams for CAPA closure and follow-ups.
