Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, courteous, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions, reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Management Software to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Operate and maintain guest records through IDS Software.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate billing, payment processing, and daily reports.
Monitor room inventory and update reservation status.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries.




Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Mandatory RequirementsMust Have
Working knowledge and hands-on experience with IDS Hotel Management Software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
Solid guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office Operations in a hotel.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
