Vision India is building a dedicated practice for senior and niche hiring for its clients, over 105 corporate, PSU and government organisations. You will run leadership searches end to end and help grow this business.

What you will do
Run end-to-end searches for senior roles: brief, market mapping, headhunting, assessment and offer closure
Build talent maps and target-company lists; approach passive senior candidates
Assess leadership candidates and present shortlists with clear candidate reports
Be the main contact for client CXOs and HR heads; manage search timelines
Handle offer negotiation, reference checks and follow-up until joining
Support business development: pitches, proposals and recent search mandates

What we are looking for
48 years of experience,



including at least 3 years in executive search or leadership hiring
Proven record of closing senior and leadership roles
Sector strength in manufacturing and automotive, energy and infrastructure, BFSI or technology
Solid research skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, market mapping)
Excellent communication, CXO presence and discretion
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
