Position Details

Position: Front Office Executive

Location: Pune

Experience: 0–2 Years

Department: Administration / HR

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and team members professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
Manage visitor entries and maintain the visitor register.
Receive, sort, and distribute courier, mail, and documents.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.




Maintain basic records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and office support teams.
Assist the HR/Admin team with general administrative activities.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and well maintained.
Handle other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in reception, front office, or administration.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Pleasant personality and professional approach.
Good organisational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
