Finance & Accounting Executive

At WildShip Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. , the parent company of Svastika , we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Position Details
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Employment: Full time, In-office
Working Days: 5 days
Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting entries, invoicing, billing, and expenses.
Handle accounts payable & receivable .
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance .
Coordinate with the CA for audits, returns, and reports.
Prepare MIS and financial reports as required.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and TDS .
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
