Roles
Assist in day-to-day pre-fabrication and production activities .
Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed as per production plans.
Understand and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensions, and specifications .
Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, operators, and other departments.
Monitor fabrication activities such as cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards .
Assist in maintaining production records, reports, and documentation.
Identify basic production issues and coordinate with senior engineers for corrective action.
Monitor material availability and support proper utilization of raw materials.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Perform other production-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Production Processes .
Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a shop-floor/production workplace .
Positive learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
Freshers with Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering can apply.
Candidates who are willing to build a career in Production / Pre-Fabrication / Manufacturing are preferred.
Candidate should be willing to work initially at Pirana, Ahmedabad and subsequently at Kheda .
Immediate joiners preferred
