Inspect raw materials (e.g, solid wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, fabrics, leather, foam, hardware, and metal frames) upon delivery.
Conduct routine line checks on the shop floor during various production stages (cutting, sanding, framing, assembly, and upholstery).
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specs to verify critical dimensions, angles, and tolerances using measuring tools.
Perform comprehensive final inspections on completed furniture (tables, seating, wardrobes, modular kitchens, or soft furnishings).
Verify aesthetic perfection: check surface finishes, polish/paint consistency, edge banding, stitching quality, and absence of scratches or dents.
Conduct basic functional and stability tests (rocking checks, weight load balance, drawer sliding smoothness, and hardware/recliner mechanisms)
Maintain detailed logs, daily inspection sheets, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
Escalate repetitive defects to production supervisors and assist in root-cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
