We’re looking for an accomplished Finance Manager to lead the organization’s end-to-end finance function. This role will oversee financial reporting, treasury operations, FP&A;, accounting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Financial Reporting – Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.
Financial Close – Manage and oversee entity-level monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Intercompany Accounting – Manage intercompany reconciliations, transactions, and eliminations.
Controls & Compliance – Develop and strengthen financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Accounting Operations – Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Audit Management – Coordinate and liaise with external auditors.
Process Excellence – Drive standardization, harmonization,



and automation of finance processes across subsidiaries.
Stakeholder Management – Build solid relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
CA with 3–6 years of experience
Experience in the Technology or Media domain is preferred.
Tally experience is mandatory.
Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to identify and implement process and internal control improvements.
Positive working knowledge of finance systems and technology.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-pressure workplace.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
