Role & responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all areas.
Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the club premises, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil work, equipment, and other infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance, safety, or operational issues.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor the performance of housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, and other facility-related services.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, AMC contracts, and vendor performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory requirements applicable to the facility.
Coordinate fire safety checks, emergency preparedness, drills, and other safety-related activities.




Manage facility-related budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits.
Verify vendor bills, quotations, and service reports before submitting them for approval.
Ensure all club equipment and infrastructure are maintained in positive working condition.
Respond promptly to facility-related complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective action.
Maintain an inventory of facility maintenance materials, tools, and essential supplies.
Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams for facility-related requirements and improvements.
Support facility setup and operational readiness for events, activities, and special programs.
Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation at all times.
Prepare regular reports on maintenance, breakdowns, expenses, utilities, and facility performance.
