Most senior finance role, working closely with the Managing Director and managing finance operations across factories and multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cash flow, treasury, banking, GST, taxation, statutory compliance and audits.
Oversee MIS, cash-flow reporting, fixed assets and insurance.
Lead the Head Office finance team and oversee branch finance teams.
Drive the company's Tally to ERPNext migration, including process implementation.
Ideal Candidate
Solid, secure career track record with long-term tenures.
Hands-on finance leadership experience in manufacturing or multi-location/branch businesses.
Experience managing 5+ team members.
Robust knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, taxation, accounting and statutory compliance.
Inter-CA is preferred; CA qualification is not mandatory.
ERP implementation experience will be an added advantage.
