Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to oversee factory operations, production activities, manpower management, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction materials, fabrication, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor manufacturing processes, productivity, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and operating procedures.
Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and shift scheduling.
Inspect raw materials, finished products, and production activities to maintain quality requirements.
Implement and enforce safety policies, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines.
Monitor machinery performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.




Prepare daily production reports, inventory records, and operational documentation.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers as required.
Ensure timely dispatch of products and proper inventory management.

Required Skills
Knowledge of factory operations and production management.
Understanding of civil engineering materials, construction practices, or precast products.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of quality control and workplace safety standards.

Preferred Experience
Experience in precast concrete, RCC products, construction materials, cement products, fabrication, or manufacturing industries .
Exposure to production planning and inventory control.
Familiarity with ISO quality systems and safety regulations.
