Job Title: Field & Marketing Sales Executive

Job Summmary

This role manages property sales, client visits, marketing, and the end-to-end documentation process—from taking booking forms and processing home loans to preparing sale agreements and assisting with final property registration.

Key Responsibilities

Contact leads to understand their property preferences, budget, and timeline.

Take clients on site visits, explaining unit layouts, payment plans, and project amenities.

Negotiate deal terms within company guidelines and guide buyers through the initial booking step.

Manage the final property registration process, stamp duty payment, and key handover paperwork.

Keep customer files, payment schedules, and legal records complete and up to date.





Build connections with local real estate brokers and channel partners.
Prepare booking applications, allotment letters, and Sale Agreements.

Preferred Skills

Solid knowledge of real estate documentation, home loan procedures, and legal agreements.

Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM software).

Personal vehicle for site visits and visits to bank or registrar offices.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
