Franchise Development & Relationship Manager

Care & Cure Home Health Care Service is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Franchise Development & Relationship Manager to expand our franchise network across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent franchise opportunities.
Generate leads and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
Conduct franchise presentations, meetings and field visits.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective franchisees.
Handle negotiations and coordinate franchise onboarding.
Maintain robust relationships with existing franchise partners.
Support franchisees during initial setup and business development.
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Achieve monthly franchise conversion and business-development targets.





Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Sales, Healthcare Marketing or related fields.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel for meetings and field visits.
Experience in healthcare or franchise business will be an advantage.

Compensation Attractive Basic Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
