GD & PI Trainer

Location: Bhubaneswar / Multiple Locations

Employment Type: Full time / Part time

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct GD, PI, mock interviews and personality development sessions.
Prepare students from an interview perspective, including self-introduction, academic, personal, career and current-affairs-based questions.
Train students on communication, confidence, body language, presentation and analytical skills.
Prepare students for IPMAT, IIM, CUET, CLAT, BBA, MBA and other entrance/admission interviews.
Conduct mock GD/PI assessments and provide individual feedback.
Develop GD topics, interview questions and relevant training materials.
Stay updated with current affairs and admission/selection trends.

Eligibility & Skills:




Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/Management/English/Communication preferred.
3–10 years of relevant experience in GD-PI, interview training, soft skills or entrance coaching.
Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
Solid knowledge of current affairs and interview practices.
Confident, articulate and student-oriented.
Willingness to travel for sessions, if required.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per day
