Role & responsibilities
Identify, architect, and implement high-value AI and automation use cases.
Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation.
Drive automation across service desk, incident management, knowledge management, SAP operations, and IT support processes.
Integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and enterprise applications.
Define AI standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and accelerators.
Track outcomes including ROI, productivity gains, cost reduction, ticket deflection, and service improvements.

Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search
ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent
