Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Relations Executive / Hospitality / Fitness club
Location- Gurgaon
Experience- 1 to 9 years
Salary- 2 lpa to 5 lpa
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors with a warm and skilled approach.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer applications.
Qualified, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
Handle incoming calls, messages, emails, and general customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information about Fitclub services, memberships, facilities, and ongoing activities.
Manage appointments, bookings, and coordination with relevant internal teams.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and basic front-desk administrative work.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
