Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter in Coimbatore who has hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring CNC and VMC Operators for manufacturing and engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for CNC Operator, VMC Operator, CNC Setter/Operator, CNC Machine Operator and related positions.
Use Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, job portals, references and local candidate networks for sourcing.
Screen candidates based on experience, machine type, controller knowledge, drawings and technical skills.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience,



preferably in manufacturing/engineering recruitment.
Prior experience hiring CNC/VMC Operators is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of the Coimbatore manufacturing and engineering candidate market.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and close positions within timelines.
