We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for an Individual Contributor role involving financial planning, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and business performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and annual business plans and track actual performance.
Perform variance, financial, and ratio analysis.
Prepare management reports and periodic financial closing activities.
Monitor financial and operational KPIs and ensure MIS/data accuracy.
Conduct cost and margin analysis and support optimization initiatives.
Support long-range financial planning and corporate-level reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements as per applicable Ind AS requirements.
Maintain working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
Analyze industry and competitor trends.
Develop and maintain SOPs and support process adherence.
Work on SAP/S4HANA and financial reporting systems.
Present transparent and concise financial insights to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Valuable analytical and financial reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
Working knowledge of SAP/S4HANA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor.
Work Location: In person Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
