About usEnhance Entertainment Media, the entertainment arm of IBS Group, builds artist-led IPs, live shows and sponsorship partnerships with national brands.

Responsibilities
Assist management in planning and executing brand partnerships, live shows and events
Prepare budgets, cost sheets, pitch decks and MIS reports
Research brands, industries and prospects; maintain the client database
Support outreach campaigns, social media coordination and trend research
Help with hiring, onboarding and maintaining employee records
Manage schedules, meeting notes,



vendor coordination and office documentation

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed BMS, BBA, BAF, BBI, B.Com or equivalent; MBA/PGDM freshers welcome
Robust Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Canva skills
Transparent written and spoken English
Available immediately for a minimum of 3 months
