We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in Gurugram.

Position: Freight Broker – US Logistics

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

Shift: US Shift

Work Mode: In office

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US freight brokerage operations
Source and negotiate with carriers
Build and maintain strong shipper & carrier relationships
Book and manage loads from pickup to delivery
Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
Work with DAT, Truckstop, TMS and other logistics platforms
Negotiate rates and maintain profitable margins

Requirements:
Prior experience in US Freight Brokerage / US Logistics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of US trucking and freight markets
Ability to work independently in a target-driven workplace
Hands-on experience with load boards is preferred
