We requires an outcome-led Outlet Growth & Marketing Lead to own the full commercial and operational performance of the Signature Atelier Store. This is not a passive store management role. It is a business ownership role responsible for walk-ins, activations, local partnerships, conversion, repeat revenue, customer experience, and execution discipline.
This role is NOT about maintaining a counter, supervising attendance, or merely keeping the outlet functional. It is about turning the outlet into a high-performing premium wellness growth center.
Role Mandate
Own the outlet like a mini business unit.
Deliver sales growth, activation ROI, walk-in conversion, subscription revenue, repeat business, and flawless in-store execution through disciplined daily management and local demand generation. Outcome is the final proof of value.
