Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns, with the ability to generate quality leads and improve ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth prospects.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.
Create compelling ad copy and ad extensions to improve campaign performance.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the design, content,



and web development teams to improve landing page performance.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of solid hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Strong understanding of Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of keyword research tools and competitor analysis.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and reporting skills.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience managing campaigns for multiple industries.
Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking.
Familiarity with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
