General Manager – Oil & Gas

Dencil Fluidtek Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager with a robust background in the Oil & Gas industry to lead and manage overall business and operational activities.

Responsibilities:
Lead business development, sales, projects, and operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, and key customers.
Drive business growth and achieve organizational targets.
Manage project execution, customer requirements, and team performance.
Oversee products and projects related to pumps, DRA skids, injection skids, and fluid handling systems.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience.
Robust knowledge of Oil & Gas projects, industrial equipment, and B2B business development.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Strong industry network and willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹22,513.45 - ₹98,065.87 per month
