We are looking for a detail-oriented GST & Income Tax Executive to handle GST compliance, income tax matters, tax filings, documentation and statutory requirements across the company's various business units.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) within statutory deadlines.
Handle GST registration, amendments, cancellations and related documentation.
Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely TDS payments.
Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) for businesses and individuals, as applicable.
Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) with purchase records and GSTR-2B.
Prepare GST and TDS reconciliation statements.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors and tax consultants.
Maintain proper tax records, invoices, challans and statutory documents.
Monitor tax notices, assessments, refunds and departmental communications.
Ensure compliance with applicable GST, Income Tax and TDS regulations.
Support tax audits and provide required documents to auditors.
Track statutory due dates and ensure timely submission of returns and payments.

Qualifications & Skills




Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in GST and Income Tax compliance.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Good communication, documentation and coordination skills.
High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate
Experience handling GST and Income Tax compliance for multiple business units.
Ability to work independently and manage statutory deadlines.
Experience coordinating with external Chartered Accountants and tax authorities.

Key Expectation The candidate should be capable of independently managing GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance for multiple firms under the company's business group, ensuring accurate records and timely statutory filings. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
