Role Description The General Manager – Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving the hotel's overall revenue, sales performance, market presence, and business growth. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across rooms, restaurants, banquets, conferences, corporate accounts, events, and other hotel revenue streams.
The GM Sales & Marketing works closely with the General Manager/Hotel Management and operational departments to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, banquet revenue, F&B; revenue, and overall profitability while strengthening the hotel's brand and customer relationships.
