We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hospitality team in Yercaud.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting and be passionate about providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay.
Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
Maintain excellent communication and service standards.
Assist guests with information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain guest records and communicate relevant information to the concerned departments.




Support the team in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Requirements
Previous experience in guest relations, front office, hotel, resort, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Positive knowledge of Tamil and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
