Head Guest Relations (Automobile)
Experience: 5–10 years
Industry: Automobile / Automotive Dealership
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Guest Relations team.
Ensure excellent customer experience across the showroom.
Manage walk-ins, enquiries, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor team performance, MIS, and customer satisfaction.
Train and motivate the GR team to achieve business and customer experience goals.
Requirements: Positive communication, leadership, customer-handling, and team management skills. Automobile dealership experience preferred.
