We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to work closely with the Chairman and gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of our growing elevator business.

Role Overview

This is a versatile role for a young engineer who is eager to learn, take responsibility and understand how a business operates from the top level.

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Chairman on assigned tasks and projects
Support project coordination and execution
Assist with technical and commercial activities
Prepare reports, trackers and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and project stakeholders
Support business development and operational activities
Conduct site visits and collect project-related information when required
Assist in improving systems, processes and documentation
Handle other business and engineering assignments as directed

Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil,



Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome
Good communication and analytical skills
Robust MS Office / Excel skills
Willingness to learn across technical, commercial and operational areas
Ability to take ownership and work independently
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
