We are looking for a HighRadius OTC Consultant with 4+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable operations. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with the HighRadius platform, along with valuable knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on end-to-end OTC/O2C processes, including Accounts Receivable, collections, cash application, billing, invoicing, disputes, and reconciliation.
Provide functional support and expertise on HighRadius modules and workflows.
Configure, monitor, and optimize HighRadius processes based on business requirements.
Analyze OTC process requirements and translate business needs into effective HighRadius solutions.
Troubleshoot HighRadius-related issues and coordinate with business and technical teams for resolution.
Work with SAP and Oracle ERP systems for AR and OTC transactions and data integration.
Prepare process reports and analysis using MS Excel and MS Office.
