Key Responsibilities:
Edit reels, promotional videos, property videos, and social media content.
Create engaging graphics, creatives, banners, thumbnails, and marketing materials.
Handle video cutting, transitions, color correction, sound, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
Design content according to the brand's visual identity and social media requirements.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to deliver creatives on time.
Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, and creative formats.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Solid sense of design, creativity, and visual storytelling.
Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats.
Real estate or digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
